Information you send through the quote form

When you submit the quote form, the details you enter (your name, email address, optional phone or WhatsApp number, project type and message) are sent by email to MRWEBONE so we can reply to your enquiry. This information is used only to respond to you and discuss your project. It is not sold or shared for marketing purposes, and it is not stored in the website's analytics.

WhatsApp enquiries

WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp with a pre-filled message. Your conversation takes place on WhatsApp and is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy. The website only records that a WhatsApp button was clicked and which service it was for; it never sees or stores your WhatsApp messages or phone number.

Website analytics

To understand how the website is used, MRWEBONE runs its own first-party analytics. No third-party analytics or advertising services are used. The analytics records:

• which pages are viewed and when;
• the type of website that referred you (for example a search engine or social network), where your browser shares it;
• your device category (desktop, tablet or mobile) and browser family;
• clicks on WhatsApp buttons and successful quote-form submissions (project type only).

Visits are linked using two first-party cookies: mw_vid, a random anonymous identifier that expires after 180 days, and mw_sid, which marks a single visit and expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. These identifiers are stored only in hashed form. IP addresses are not stored; they are used briefly, in hashed form, to limit abuse such as automated form submissions. Analytics records are deleted after approximately 25 months.

Other cookies and local storage

If you switch between the dark and light theme, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage. It is not sent to MRWEBONE.

Third-party resources

The website loads fonts from Google Fonts and code libraries from the jsDelivr and unpkg content delivery networks. When your browser downloads these files, the providers receive standard technical information such as your IP address. Links to other websites, including client websites shown in the portfolio, are governed by those websites' own policies.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the website will continue to work. To ask about or request deletion of an enquiry you sent us, email abdulmohammad177@gmail.com.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date.
